In-Transit in Orlando

My good friend Josh (Carnie) Robinson is now in Orlando and filming for his latest Masterpiece named ‘In Transit’. Carnie has moved into the spare bedroom at our house on Lake Holden and has his room set up with a 27inch Mac which he will edit the film on prior to launching it in November this year.

Make sure you check out the last project named CANVAS to see just a glimpse of what to expect for In-Transit.

ANGIE KOOPS – QLD titles

Thought I would give you an update on the QLD titles comp I had on the weekend, I managed to get to the semifinals and then unfortunatly was really out of rhythm in that heat. But I am actually really stoked I got to the semis, because the surf was so small and inconsistent and my earlier rounds I had some really stacked heats.  So I’m ampt for the next comps. I’ve got a new attitude towards my comps now and its already helping.

Heading to Taffe tomorrow where we will be training from 9am through to 3pm doing running weights boxing etc. such great training and I’m enjoying the personal training course so much practical involved which is great. I’m going to be so fit after this course.

KIRK BEYER – News article from Flux

KIRK BEYER – FLUX filming complete

Wow, what a full on 10 days!  I can’t believe how many perfect waves we scored… everywhere we went the locals would say “this is the best surf and best weather we have had a months!” – stoked even the wind and the waves obeyed!

Over the days we ended up surfing Raglan Manu bay, Matakana Island, Stent Rd, Back Beach, Waiwakio, and the side of Mt Taranaki (wetsuits in snow not a warm plan, no booties a very dumb plan)

So the filming is complete! Now its down to the editors to make us look good!

I can’t post any of the photo’s untill the movie and articles are released but I’ll be sure to put em up as soon as possible.

Cheers Mountain Dew for making the trip possible for me!

SHELLY GOTLIEB – Code Red Snow Cones

So we had an hour in between day riding and night riding at Snowpark so to kill the time we went to the top of Snowpark and made some Snow Cones with our Code Red! :-)
