So over the weekend I found a new love/hate relationship… Its name is ‘Body Wall‘ and it is a crazy, different, intense, full body work out with a personal trainer who is running me through workouts specifically designed to both; help me rehabilitate my current injuries, and strengthen my body specifically for wakeboarding. My first session was on Saturday and I didnt make it through the whole thing . . . and I threw up! Partly because of the intensity of the workout, and partly because I was hung over from the night before, trust me I will not be making that mistake again!!
I will have a video of it up soon . . . But look out wakeboard world.. Next season I will be on form, injury free and fired up to make sh*t happen.
