NZsnowboard.com Hollerblog – Early early season in Tahoe
November 30, 2009 by Robett Hollis (Snowboarder)
Before the heavy snow comes you need to get ready to shred, so in the last few weeks I got a few things sorted, check out the pics below…

I got all my new kit arrive from the boys at Burton. I usually rock a 57 twin but have switched to a 57 custom wide. Am keen to see how it rides.

We boosted up to Boreal for a man made snow session but it didn’t really amount to much. Here I am with a bunch of dirt.

For a patch of snow Boreal had a pretty legit jib setup

This is Leroy Christensen’s sled. I dropped it off to get fixed. It has some welding to be done before it gets down to business this winter.

I finally started my sled up for the 1st time this winter. A lot of smoke – not much snow!

This is my sled. I need to come up with a name so if you have one then email me at info (at) NZsnowboard.com and the best one wins.

I also needed some tires for the winter and I found an absolute bargain from this ghetto place in Richmond. I am pretty sure they weren’t stolen!

The road from San Francisco to North Lake Tahoe
Bring on winter!!!
