Had a wicked day up Hutt on Thursday… the sky was blue and got to ride with some friends I haven’t seen in ages!!! o the good times were rolling!!! My two good galfriends came up… one hasn’t stepped on anything resembling a board EVER, she loved it!!! And my other mate Kimbo was ripping it up, especially being her first season to snowboard!!! Go Kim, she’s so hardcore and loving it, with some scars to show now!!!
This past few weeks have been busy as, I’m working at the Dux, loving the vibes, and the beer!!! Bring on Summer! Also been to some amazingly awesome gigs… State of Mind was mind blowing, with Davey from Tao’s bringing the MC’ing to DnB to a whole new level. The Upbeats, Spor and Stanton Warriors were so good too, my legs were jelly by the end from getting the groove on!!! ha, so worth it.
Last Saturday at Concrete Clubs 7th birthday, my favourites Funkn’Slowcuts rocked the concrete foundations with wickedness… Ryan and Luke are a combo of mega dopeness. Loved every minuet down there… yup! Word UP!!
I’m guna try and fit in as many days up at Hutt as possible this month. My knee’s still smaller than my other one, but holding up well. My healside turns still have a niggle of pain, but straight lining is my maximum pleasure, so I go hard then do a big toe side carve to stop!!! hehehe,
Well, stop reading and get up the slopes and make the most of it!!! Its a long wait till June 09, trust me!!!!
