Lucky I was wearing my trusty helmet otherwise may not have been able to compete due to cracked skull. Had to borrow one for the comp so I didnt have my OHAKUNE sticker visible, sorry guys, thanks for staying up and watchin tho :)

She was pleased with her performance commenting, I could have executed a cleaner run, but am very happy with the day overall.

Doing the Dew in Breckenridge January 2, 2010 by Shelly Gotlieb (Snowboarder)

Hi guys, merry christmas and happy new years!  Thought I’d post up some pics of the Dew Tour here in Breckenridge CO last month. It was a fun comp with BIG jumps and nice weather and…… the Kiwis killed it, with Steff Z getting into the finals of the mens Slopestyle – there was some heavy names he was up against and I think he rode amazingly.

Jossi Wells skied away with a silver medal in Skier Pipe which was epic and I managed to make it all the way to the final six in the female slopestyle. I may not have ridden that well in my final runs but it was a great experience and no injuries which I’m always happy about.
